As part of the SPM Resident Application Process you can expect that the following will be requested and/or completed:

  • Proof of employment
  • Proof of income
  • Personal reference and past residential check
  • Government photo ID
  • Credit bureau check
  • Co-signer as required
  • Proof of tenant insurance
